These Terms govern your use of the website and services of Levology Labs, a doing-business-as (DBA) name of Nova Flow, a sole proprietorship located at 31881 Via Puntero, San Juan Capistrano, CA 92675 (“we,” “us,” or “Levology Labs”).

1. Services

Levology Labs provides software engineering, AI development, web design, and technology consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) agreed upon by both parties.

2. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, clients receive full ownership of all custom code and deliverables created specifically for their project. Levology Labs retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or proprietary methodologies used in delivering the work.

3. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your business processes, data, or project details to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in each project SOW. Typically, projects require a deposit prior to work commencing, with milestone-based payments thereafter. Late payments may result in project pauses.

5. Limitation of Liability

Levology Labs' liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and binding arbitration in Orange County, California if necessary.

7. SMS & Text Messaging Program

Levology Labs (a DBA of Nova Flow) operates an SMS program for customers and prospects who opt in on our website forms. By opting in, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  • SMS program and message use cases. Our SMS program sends transactional messages (such as replies to your inquiry, appointment reminders, and service updates) and, where you separately consent, marketing and promotional messages about our services.
  • Opt-out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to any message. After you text STOP, we will send a confirmation and then stop sending messages. Text HELP for assistance.
  • Message frequency. Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Carrier liability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Age restriction. You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to and use our SMS program.
  • Privacy. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing; it is shared only with the messaging providers that deliver our texts.
