4. SMS & Text Messaging Consent

If you opt in to receive text messages from Levology Labs (a DBA of Nova Flow), we use your mobile number solely to send the transactional and/or marketing messages you consented to, such as replies to your request, appointment reminders, and service updates. Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Your phone number and consent information are shared only with the messaging providers we use to deliver these texts on our behalf. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for promotional purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions for up to 2 years for business purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing jordan@levologylabs.com.

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), access to submissions is limited to authorized personnel, and we rely on reputable third-party processors (for email, analytics, and SMS delivery) that maintain their own security safeguards. While no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, we work to protect your data and to promptly address any issues.
